How it Happened

When fighting bandits, a fire fruit was thrown but missed, causing the issue. This bug affects gameplay significantly.

I was fighting some bandits when a fire fruit caught my eye. I decided to grab it and throw it to their leader but it completely missed and it went flying who knows where. It never respawned.
