Unable to Change Web Event Server

Understanding the Issue

So, there's been some confusion about changing the web event server in Wuthering Waves. Players found out that once you select a server for the web event, you're stuck with it. This can be a bummer if you accidentally picked the wrong one.

I accidentally put ASIA server instead of SEA, and I don't know what to do. I'm currently gonna try to link my Facebook as well to see if that has a different result.

Solution 1: Creating New Accounts

One way around this is creating a new account with the correct server. You can use a different email or link to a different social media account like Google or Facebook.

Create your account (Kuro account credential) using a Gmail, and logging in through the "Google" button with that Gmail as the Google account, count as 2 separate Wuthering Waves accounts. Give that a try.

Solution 2: Linking Multiple Accounts

You might be able to link multiple accounts to play on different servers. This approach has worked for some users.

I'm using your suggestion. And I get different ID apparently. Hope it works and does not have a downside.

Solution 3: Contacting Support

If these methods don't work, reaching out to Kuro support is a good idea. They might be able to help unbind accounts from emails or delete incorrect accounts.

I know that in PGR (Kuro's other title) you have the ability to delete accounts and request accounts to be unbound from emails. I'm sure WuWa will have similar services, but highly recommend you send Kuro support an email to find out for sure!
